The AMRPA exhibit area is action-packed and located throughout the main foyer of the conference meeting rooms. Take advantage of this exceptional venue to promote your products, showcase your services, share your message, and increase your visibility with collaboration among key individuals in the field of medical rehabilitation. Our exhibit area is the center of conference activity ensuring high volumes of attendee traffic. Each of the breakfasts, lunches, and receptions are served daily in the exhibit area.

Exhibitor Fees

The exhibitor fee secures your tabletop booth. Exhibit booth personnel need to register to attend the AMRPA educational conference. Booth selection is based on availability (early registrants have priority selection). Exhibits must be purchased by the organization, you may need permission to make the purchase.  Contact AMPRA staff if you experience difficulties.

Exhibitor Packages

AMRPA has created tiered packages that provide ample sponsorship, exhibition, and advertisement benefits all rolled into one low rate. With these packages, your organization will not only receive an exhibit booth, but many different types of sponsorship and advertisement options as well. Exhibition Booth Requirements

The Swissotel Chicago has specific requirements for the tabletop booths. The exhibits are only allowed in the appropriate designed areas of the hotel due to the fire code. Table placement in the foyers must consist of:

  • 6'x30" draped table flanked by two chairs and one wastebasket
  • Electronic TV monitors or plasma displays need to be on pole or high top table

Tables need to be a minimum/maximum 12" from wall surface and 8' from catering buffets allowing a clear and open pathway. Storage is not allowed under tables and materials must be limited to a one-day supply. In addition, the following is not allowed:

  • Pop-up, trifold, briefcase displays
  • Banner signs or modular displays
  • Traditional booths or pipe and drape

Exhibitor Set Up

Exhibitor set up will take place from 7:00am -11:00 am CT on October 23 in the Zurich Foyer.

Exhibitor Hours

Monday, October 23: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM CT
Tuesday, October 24: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM CT
Wednesday, October 25: 7:30 AM – 12 PM CT

Exhibitor Tear Down

Exhibitor tear down will take place immeidely following the conclusion of the conference, Wednesday, October 25, at 12 PM CT.
