Deadline is July 30, 2018

About The National Leadership Excellence Award
The purpose of the AMRPA National Leadership Excellence Award is to confer association-wide recognition on individuals who have exemplified outstanding service and made significant contributions to the field of medical rehabilitation. These accomplishments should contribute to the advancement of the medical rehabilitation field as a whole, as opposed to benefiting only an individual’s institution. To nominate a colleague, you will be asked to provide examples to illustrate how the criteria for the AMRPA National Leadership Excellence Award have been accomplished. Once again, examples should focus on accomplishments that are not limited to an individual’s institution. The nominee should exemplify leadership, integrity, vision, dedication, and excellence in at least three of the following areas:
|Life-long Service in the Field
||Advocacy at the State and National Level
|Mentorship of Future Leaders
||Improved Patient Outcomes / Quality of Patient Care
|Research and Critical Analysis
||Education and Advancement of the Field
