AMRPA has obtained a special group at the Embassy Row Hotel of $249 per night, exclusive of applicable taxes. You must reserve your room by Friday, February 16, 2018 in order to recieve the discounted rate. To recieve the group rate you must let the reservations agent know you are with AMRPA. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm ET, checkout time is 12:00pm ET.

Travel & Ground Transportation
There are three major airports in the Washington, DC region: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). All three offer multiple U.S. and international flights daily. You may rent a car or take a taxi. Uber/Lyft operates in the DC metro area.

The DC Metro serves thousands of commuters and tourists daily. Metro riders must pay via a SmarTrip card. These are plastic, rechargeable fare cards that can be purchased by cash or credit at any Metro station. You can purchase your SmarTrip card in advance on wmata.com. Metro buses are also available and are paid for via you SmarTrip card.
Attire & Weather
Dress is business casual for all conference sessions. Washington, DC in March offers colder temperatures. Daytime temperatures are in the mid 50s, while nighttime temperatures are in the mid 30s.
