POSITION:                   ADMINISTRATOR REHABILITATION SERVICES, SKILLED NURSING, AND LONG TERM CARE

Company:                    Comprehensive full service Integrated Healthcare System comprised of three hospitals (including a Level II emergency/Trauma center, 3 comprehensive care clinics and recognized teaching hospital) with multi-site acute-care facilities (450+ combined beds) and clinics in Northern California.

Responsibilities:          Seeking experienced Administrator to lead the operational, financial, and administrative services for the System’s which are provided in multiple locations including a 159 licensed-bed acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and sub-acute neuro-respiratory facility.  

                                     This individual will report to the Chief Operating Officer for the System and will be a key member of the executive team. 

Requirements:             Bachelor degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Hospital Administration, Business Administration); Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred; advanced degree highly preferred. 

7+ years of progressively more responsible Hospital Administration experience is required, including in and outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Labor/union relations experience highly preferred
